Print365 is a fully managed print service from just one device.

For a fixed monthly cost, your customer gets their choice of Epson business inkjet printer, on-site maintenance for the contract duration of 36, 48 or 60 months, automatic supply delivery and access to the dedicated portal and back office.

For our Epson partners, you benefit from an upfront 25% margin on both the hardware and the estimated consumables.

Print365 Pay Per Click

Traditional managed print services have involved leasing the hardware and the customer pays per print. This type of program for the IT channel is difficult as there are many moving pieces – leasing company, monitoring software, warranty and service, contracts, invoicing etc.

Print365 Pay Per Click is Epson’s answer to that challenge. Through the same portal as Print365, Epson can now offer the hardware and on-site warranty on a monthly lease and your end user will pay a click charge each time they print.

Epson are keeping it simple with all the quotations, contracts, invoicing, maintenance, etc being maintained via the Print365 portal. So as an Epson partner you can offer another added value program to your clients.

For our Epson partners, you benefit from 25% upfront margin on the hardware and an ongoing 25% margin paid on a quarterly basis for the duration of the contract.

Print365 Flex

With Print365 Flex you customer purchases from you both the Epson print hardware and warranty in a traditional way, transactional.

As an Epson partner, you can then upsell your customer into a Print365 Print Pack Only.

The print pack comes with x number of mono pages and x number of colour pages, depending on pack selected. It also comes with the data collection agent (DCA) to allow automatic supply and delivery of inks. As the Epson partner, you will also have access to the Print365 portal.

So, simply select a print pack in the portal, provide the printers serial number and warranty registration with the customer details when requesting a contract and receive a 25% margin up front on the estimated inks for the duration of the contract.

Print 365 Flex+

This Epson solution has been designed to give Epson Solution+ partner an ink fulfilment service.

The customer would purchase from the Epson Solution+ partner both the Epson print hardware and warranty in a traditional way. The Epson Solution+ partner then logs into the Print365 portal and selects either a 36, 48 or 60 month ink fulfilment pack. Serial number and warranty registration to be provided and request for contract made. DCA link is provided upon contract completion.

The Epson Solution+ partner installs and initializes device(s) and DCA. Print365 then manages the ink fulfilment for duration of the contract.

This product doesn’t allow backorders
